Cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Access continues until the end of your current billing period. You've paid for that time — you keep it.
One-click cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Resubscribe anytime — your historical data and preferences are preserved for 90 days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 48 hours of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed signal data. After 48 hours, all sales are final. No exceptions. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Technical Support
First, check these common issues:
1. Verify delivery preferences — log into your account and confirm your SMS number and/or email are correct under Signal Delivery settings.
2. Check your spam/promotions folder — email signals sometimes get filtered. Add signals@cyph3r.io to your contacts.
3. SMS carrier blocking — some carriers block short-code messages. Reply HELP to any previous signal SMS to verify your line is active.
4. No signal today? — The protocol only deploys when criteria are met during the operating window (10:00-11:00 AM EST). Some days produce no signals. This is by design.
If none of these resolve the issue, contact us immediately — signal delivery problems are treated as highest priority.
